CMU Textures Available: Along with color options, we offer 3 types of standard textures available. Textures can be important for blocks used in buildings, walls, and landscaping. You can also create patterns by using the same color but changing the textures.

Smooth Face – a precision finish that is done when the blocks are created. It provides a smooth consistent finish allowing for consistent even color.

Split Face – makes each block unique and different and allows for the most texture. It is created by literally splitting a block apart. You get dimension and color variation with this finish. Many patterns combine smooth and split face finishes.
